Located in Rynfield, Benoni, this unique location can accommodate groups of approximately 20 people at a time.

 Originally used as a dojo for karate training, our hall boasts beautiful wooden flooring, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and secure parking - making it a perfect spot to exercise, get creative or use to grow and learn. No matter your age, fitness level, or personal goals, our aim is to support you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
